Peppermint oil is native to a number of countries. Japan: also known as ‘mentha arvensis’ and supreme known as 'mentha pipiretta' these oils are both commonly used in aromatherapy. Natives found in countless U.S. household products. It has a high concentration of natural pesticides, one in particular is menthone. This yellow oil is steam distilled directly from the herb and although it is most commonly found in liquid form, it can also be seen in capsules or tablets in many health food stores. How To Use
Reduces Stress : Diffuse 4-5 drops of Peppermint oil with water in a diffuser.
Reduces Headache : Mix 2-3 drops with jojoba oil or sweet almond oil and massage on affected areas.
Decongestant : Add 3-4 Drops with steaming hot water in a bowl and inhale keeping your face at least 10 inches away.
Anti-Spasmodic : Add 3-4 Drops with carrier oil and massage on affected areas to seek relief.
