How To Use
Reduces Stress : Diffuse 4-5 drops of Peppermint oil with water in a diffuser.
Reduces Headache : Mix 2-3 drops with jojoba oil or sweet almond oil and massage on affected areas.
Decongestant : Add 3-4 Drops with steaming hot water in a bowl and inhale keeping your face at least 10 inches away.
Anti-Spasmodic : Add 3-4 Drops with carrier oil and massage on affected areas to seek relief.

I massage my throat and nose with this oil for sore throat and blocked nose.. just take 2-3 drops of the oil rub it with your fingers and apply.. perfect natural remedy. I’m doing steam inhalation also.. 💚💚
