How To Use
- Use 4-5 drops in a blended massage oil and rub it over the lower abdomen to improve colon problems, diarrhoea and nervous dyspepsia.
- Soak away stress with 3-4 drops in a bath or foot bath.
- Inhale to clear your head and reduce stress.
- Diffuse or inhale to lower blood pressure.
I gifted this to my dad. He has a problem of high blood pressure.. so he is using the oil in a diffuser these days.. this oil has a very relaxing and calming aroma.. good for peace of mind.. he adds few oil drops in a hot bowl of water to relieve stress within 5 minutes!! 👍🏻😇
